In New Orleans, pinch-hitter David Bedgood ripped a game-winning, two-run homer, offsetting an incredible day from Ole Miss’ Thommas Dillard, as Tulane edged the Rebels in a back-and-forth affair. Dillard went 3 for 5 with two homers and eight RBI, his second three-run homer of the game giving Ole Miss a 12-11 lead in the top of the ninth. But Bedgood responded with a two-run shot to win in walkoff fashion. Kobi Owen went 2 for 3 with a homer, three runs and five RBI, and Grant Mathews also homered, going 3 for 5 with two runs and two RBI for the Green Wave (6-1). Ole Miss fell to 3-2.
In Stanford, Calif., Cameron Jabara worked seven-plus innings with five hits, one unearned run and three strikeouts as UNLV edged Stanford. The Rebels scored twice in the first, as Edarian Williams doubled in a run, and Max Smith singled him in, and Jabara (1-0) made it stick. Jackson Cofer worked the final two innings with two strikeouts to post his third save for UNLV (4-2). Brendan Beck (0-1) was effective in his six innings, allowing six hits and two earned runs with five strikeouts for the Cardinal (4-1).
In Baton Rouge, La., Antoine Duplantis went 3 for 5 with a homer, four runs and six RBI as LSU outscored Bryant. The Tigers (6-0) scored multiple runs in five of the first six innings in building a 16-5 lead. Duplantis had an RBI single in the first, a sacrifice fly in the second, a three-run homer in the third and a two-run single in the sixth. Saul Garza had two hits and drove in three for LSU. Ryan Ward had three hits and three RBI for the Bulldogs (2-3).
In Atlanta, Matt McClain went 2 for 4 with a homer, two runs and two RBI, and Michael Toglia had two doubles and two RBI to lead UCLA past Georgia Tech to even their series. Jack Ralston (2-0) allowed two runs in five innings, striking out four for the Bruins (5-1). Jack Pries went 3 for 5 with two runs, Ryan Kreidler added three hits and a run and Jake Hirabayashi contributed two RBI as UCLA pounded out 13 hits. The Yellow Jackets (3-2) were held to four hits.

In Lubbock, Texas, Dylan Neuse hit a grand slam to key a six-run fifth inning as Texas Tech beat Kentucky for the second straight day. Neuse (2 for 5, 2 R) finished with five RBI, and Dru Baker went 3 for 5 with two runs and an RBI for the Red Raiders (4-1). Ryan Shinn went 3 for 5 with a three-run homer in a four-run fifth, and two runs for the Wildcats (3-2).
No. 5 Florida 9, Miami (Fla.) 3
In Gainesville, Fla., Wil Dalton had a double, a triple and three RBI as UF evened its series with UM. The game was scoreless through five before Raymond Gil belted a three-run homer in the top of the sixth for the Hurricanes (5-1). Kendrick Calilao had a sacrifice fly in the bottom of the frame before Dalton put the Gators (4-3) ahead in the seventh with a bases-clearing triple. Dalton scored on a double by Calilao to give the home team a 5-3 lead. Brady McConnell had a two-run single to spark a four-run eighth for UF. Tommy Mace (2-0, 7 IP, 5 H, 3 R, 4 BB, 4 K) earned the victory, while Nolan Crisp (2 IP, H, 2 K) recorded his third save.

In Chapel Hill, N.C., Ike Freeman hit a solo homer in the bottom of the ninth to force extra innings, and Dylan Harris hit a solo homer to win it in the 10th as North Carolina edged USF. The Bulls’ Collin Sullivan held the Tar Heels (5-0) in check, tossing 6.2 innings with two hits, one earned run and seven strikeouts. UNC’s Luca Dalatri went 7.1 innings with five hits, two runs (one earned) and nine strikeouts.

In Surprise, Ariz., leadoff hitter Kyler McMahan went 4 for 5 with two doubles and four runs as OSU thumped Nebraska. The Beavers (7-0) put up five in the third and four in the fourth in building a 10-0 lead. Beau Philip and Joe Casey both had two hits, two runs and two RBI for OSU. Sam Tweedt (1-0, 6 IP, 5 H, R, 2 BB, 5 K) picked up the win. Jaxon Hallmark went 1 for 2 with two walks and a run for the Cornhuskers (3-4).

In Tallahassee, Fla., Robby Martin went 4 for 4 with a homer, two runs and six RBI, and Elijah Cambell homered and drove in five as Florida State rolled in the first game of a doubleheader with Youngstown State. In the nightcap, Martin went 3 for 4 with two runs and two RBI as the Seminoles (7-0) scored once in the sixth and twice in the eighth to escape the Penguins (0-6). Jeff Wehler homered and drove in two for Youngstown State in the second game.

In Athens, Ga., LJ Talley went 3 for 5 with a homer, two runs and four RBI, and Patrick Sullivan homered and drove in three as Georgia coasted in the first game of a doubleheader with Dayton. Sullivan (2 for 5, R, 3 RBI) and Riley King (2 for 4, 2 R, 3 RBI) did the bulk of the damage as the Bulldogs rolled in the second game. Tony Locey (1-0) worked six innings with three hits, one earned run and 10 strikeouts for Georgia (3-0). Eddie Pursinger went 2 for 4 with a solo homer and two runs, and Riley Tirotta had two hits and two RBI for Dayton (0-3) in Game 1.

In Greenville, N.C., Alec Burleson tossed seven innings, allowing one earned run and striking out 10, and went 3 for 3 with a run and an RBI as East Carolina edged Monmouth in the first game of a doubleheader. Jake Washer added two hits, including a late solo homer, for the Pirates (5-1). Danny Long went 2 for 3 with a run for the Hawks (0-5). In the nightcap, Burleson went 3 for 4 with a run and two RBI, and Seth Caddell went 2 for 4 with a homer an two RBI for ECU.

In Waco, Texas, Nick Loftin went 2 for 3 with a run and three RBI, and leadoff
man Richard Cunningham had three hits and three RBI as Baylor scored early and
often in beating Cornell. The Bears (6-0) piled up 13 hits and scored in each
of the first four innings, including five in the second, to build a 9-3 lead.
Ramon Garza had two hits and two runs for Cornell (0-2).

In Starkville, Miss., J.T. Ginn was brilliant on the mound, working seven
innings with two hits, no runs and nine strikeouts, and Dustin Skelton went 3
for 4 with a homer, three runs and three RBI as Mississippi State evened its
series with Southern Miss. Justin Foscue also homered in a 3-for-5, 2-run day,
and Jake Mangum contributed two hits and two runs for the Bulldogs (5-1). Gabe
Montenegro had two of the four hits for the Golden Eagles (4-1) and scored
their lone run.

In Los Angeles, Jamal O’Guinn (3 for 5) singled in the game-tying run in the
bottom of the 10th before CJ Stubbs ripped a two-run, game-winning homer one
batter later as USC salvaged the third game
of its series with Arkansas. The Razorbacks (5-1) trailed 3-2 before Casey
Opitz (2 runs) scored on a passed ball in the top of the ninth to force extras.
Dominic Fletcher then gave the Hogs the lead with a solo homer in the top of
the 10th. But the Trojans (3-3) rallied, with Stubbs’ homer giving him three
RBI on the night. Chris Clarke (2-0) tossed 3.2 innings with five hits, one earned
run and six strikeouts to post the win.

In Fort Worth, Texas, Zach Humphreys homered twice and drove in five runs, and
Jake Guenther added two hits, two runs and four RBI as TCU piled up 16 hits in

In Clemson, S.C., Adam Hackenberg and Bryar Hawkins each homered and drove in
three as Clemson completed a doubleheader sweep of VMI. Grayson Byrd went 2 for

win the second game. In the first game, Jordan Greene homered and drove in two
for Clemson, which led 6-3 before VMI rallied to tie it with three runs in the
seventh. Jake Huggins went 2 for 5 with his third homer, two runs and three
RBI, and Nathan Loyd homered and drove in two for the Keydets (2-4).

In Conway, S.C., Parker Chavers ripped a three-run homer and finished with four

in five innings to improve to 2-0 for the Chants (7-0). Greg Lewandoski went 3

In Orlando, Trevor Holloway tossed five scoreless innings as three UCF pitchers
limited Auburn to five hits as the
Golden Knights evened their series with the Tigers. Ray Alejo went 2 for 4 with
two RBI, and Dalton Wingo had two hits, two runs and an RBI as UCF (5-1) scored
once in the first and three in the second to seize control. Conor Davis had
two hits for Auburn
(5-2).
