Alex Destino had a two-run double in a three-run 11th inning, and Tyler Johnson allowed one hit and struck out eight in 4.1 scoreless innings as South Carolina moved on to the double-elimination format of the tourney by knocking off Vanderbilt. The win broke an eight-game SEC tourney losing streak for the Gamecocks (33-23). Will Toffey had a three-run double for the Commodores (33-22).
Robbie Glendinning had a grand slam and finished with five RBI, and Andy Toelken allowed three hits and struck out five in 4.2 scoreless innings of relief as Missouri (36-21) topped Texas A&M (36-21). Cam Blake had two hits and three RBI to lead the Aggies.

Joe Gomez delivered an RBI single to score Edgar Michelangeli as Miami slipped past Georgia Tech in Pool C of the ACC Tournament. Hunter Tackett went 2 for 6 with a homer and four RBI for the Hurricanes (30-26), who got 6.1 hitless innings with 10 strikeouts from Andrew Cabezas. Brandt Stallings had two hits and two RBI for the Yellow Jackets (27-27).
In Pool B, Johnny Piedmonte and Sean Adler combined on a shutout, and Brett Kinneman ripped a three-run homer as NC State (34-22) topped Boston College (25-27) for the Wolfpack’s 14th win in 16 games.

Josh Winder tossed eight scoreless innings as VMI blanked The Citadel. Winder (7-6) allowed three hits with one walk and six strikeouts. Jacob Jaye (2 for 5, 4 RBI) had a three-run homer to cap a six-run third for the Keydets (23-32). Joe Sabatini had two hits, including a double, for the Bulldogs (16-35).

Grayson Padgett pounded a pinch-hit three-run homer in the eighth as UH edged Memphis. Jake Scheiner also went deep for the Cougars (37-19). Nolan Bond (2-0) got the final two outs in the eighth before Aaron Fletcher pitched a hitless ninth for his seventh save. Brandon Grudzelanek and Chris Carrier (2 for 4, 2 R, 2 RBI) both homered for the Tigers (29-28).
Willy Yahn yanked a grand slam as UConn sank UC. Anthony Prato went 4 for 5 with three runs and three RBI. He was a homer short of the cycle. Sam Nepiarsky tossed four hitless innings of relief with six strikeouts to record his first save for the Huskies (32-23), who will play Houston on Wednesday. Dan Rajkowski (2-1, 1 IP, H, 2 R, ER, BB, 2 K) picked up the win. Jace Mercer and A.J. Bumpass both had two hits and one RBI for the Bearcats (28-29), who will face Memphis in an elimination game on Wednesday.
USF scored twice in the eighth to escape against Tulane. David Villar (2 for 3, 2 BB, 2 R, 2 RBI) and Chris Chatfield (1 for 4, 3 RBI) both homered for the Bulls (41-15). Jarret DeHart (1 for 4, 3 RBI) and Hunter Hope (1 for 4, 2 RBI) both went deep for the Green Wave (27-30).
