Vandy No. 1 in CBI Composite Poll (3/21)

Vanderbilt has climbed to No. 1 in the latest CBI Composite Poll.

The Commodores were first in three of the six national polls. They were second in one poll, fourth in one and fifth in the other.

Texas takes second. The Longhorns are second in one poll, third in three and fourth in two.

Ole Miss sits in third. The Rebels are first in two polls, second in one, fifth in two and eighth in the other.

Tennessee holds down fourth. The Vols are first in one poll, second in one, third in one, fifth in two and seventh in the other.

Arkansas takes fifth. The Razorbacks are second in one poll, third in one, fourth in one, fifth in one and sixth in the other two.

There are seven SEC teams in the CBI Composite Poll, including four the top five spots. There are six from the ACC, three from the Big 12, two from the Pac 12, and single entries from the ASUN and Sun Belt.
