Texas Tech Tabbed CBI National Team of the Week

Texas Tech, fresh off a three-game home sweep of Kentucky, has been named the CollegeBaseballInsider.com National Team of the Week for games played during the second week of the college baseball season.

The Red Raiders rallied late in the first game, thanks in part to a six-run frame, to win 7-4. Another six-run inning helped them build a lead in the second game en route to a 10-7 win. Tech won the finale 19-4.
