Earlier, DeMartino hit his first career homer, a two-run shot in the seventh, to tie the game at 3. The Hawks (25-29) will face off against Stony Brook, which eliminated Maine and UMass Lowell. Against the River Hawks, Chris Hamilton had a two-run double and then broke a 5-5 tie in the eighth with a solo homer for the Seawolves. Stony Brook (32-24) will need to beat Hartford twice to claim the league’s automatic bid.
