Carter Putz homered twice and drove in five as ND downed CMU to advance to the Super Regionals for the first time since 2002. Ryan Cole (2 for 5, 2 R, 3 RBI) also went deep for the Irish (33-11), who scored multiple runs in four of their final five at-bats. Aidan Tyrell (4-1, 8 IP, 8 H, 2 R, BB, 3 K) earned the victory. G Lockwood-Powell went 2 for 3 with a homer for the Chippewas (42-18).
Zach Heeke homered and knocked in four as CMU outscored UConn. The Chippewas (42-17) scored five in the third to erase a 3-0 deficit while adding four in the fourth and five in the seventh. Zach Gilles went 4 for 6 with three runs and two RBI, while Justin Simpson doubled twice, scored once and drove in one. Reggie Crawford (3 for 5, 4 RBI) had two homers for the Huskies (34-19).
Nashville Regional – won by #1 Vanderbilt

Isaiah Thomas belted a grand slam in the top of the 11th as Vandy outlasted GT to take the regional title. Thomas finished with three hits and five RBI. The Commodores (43-15) trailed 8-7 before homers by Jayson Gonzalez (2 for 4, 2B, 2 R, 2 RBI) and Dominic Keegan (2 for 4, 2B, 3 R, 2 RBI) in the eighth gave them a one-run advantage. Drew Compton (2 for 4, 3 R) went deep with two away in the bottom of the ninth for the Yellow Jackets (31-25) to force the extra frames. Stephen Reid homered and drove in four for GT.
Andy Archer tossed a four-hit shutout as GT blanked ISU. Archer (5-5) walked three and fanned seven. Drew Compton (3 for 5, 3 RBI) homered twice for the Yellow Jackets (31-24). Seth Gergely had two hits for the Sycamores (31-21).
Knoxville Regional – won by #1 Tennessee

Drew Gilbert belted a two-run homer in the fifth to add to a 1-0 lead as UT topped LU to capture the regional title. Will Heflin (3-3, 5.1 IP, 4 H, R, BB, 8 K) recorded the win, while Sean Hunley worked 3.2 scoreless innings with one hit, one walk and five strikeouts to register his eighth save for the Vols (48-16). Will Wagner had three of his team’s five hits, including a double, for the Flames (41-16).
Jaylen Guy had a grand slam to highlight an eight-run first as LU downed Duke. Mason Meyer (5-1) went the distance with 13 hits, four runs, two walks and four strikeouts to pick up the win. The Flames (41-15) turned five double plays behind Meyer. Joey Loperfido went 3 for 4 with a homer and two RBI for the Blue Devils (33-22).
Ruston Regional – won by #2 NC State

Devonte Brown had a grand slam to cap a six-run fifth and break a 5-5 tie as NCSU won at LT to capture the regional crown. Brown finished with two hits and five RBI. Terrell Tatum went 3 for 5 with two runs and two RBI for the Wolfpack (33-17). Matt Willadsen (5-3, 6 IP, 6 H, 5 R, 3 BB, 5 K) earned the victory, while Chris Villaman (3 IP, 4 H, 2 R, 5 K) recorded his second save. Parker Bates had a triple, two homers and five RBI for the Bulldogs (42-20).

Broc Mortensen went 3 for 3 with a double, a run and three RBI for the Gauchos (41-19), who scored multiple runs in each of the first three innings in building an 11-0 lead. JonJon Vaughns went 2 for 4 with one run for the Bruins (37-20).

Noah Cardenas had two hits and three RBI for the Bruins (37-19), who scored five in the top of the first to take control. Will McGillis (2 for 3, 3 R, 2 RBI) also went deep for the Golden Eagles (40-20). Tanner Hall hurled five scoreless innings with one hit and five strikeouts to record his first save. Peyton Chatagnier homered and scored twice for the Rebels (43-20).
Southern Miss scored in four of its final five at-bats to erase a 4-1 deficit and eliminate FSU. Reece Ewing had an RBI single in the eighth to break a 4-4 deadlock. Will McGillis was a triple short of the cycle with three runs for the Golden Eagles (39-20). Robby Martin had two hits and two RBI for the Seminoles (31-24).
Columbia Regional

Griff McGarry and Brandon Neeck combined for 24 strikeouts as UVA forced a final game against ODU on Monday. McGarry (2 H, 3 R, 4 BB) worked the first 3.1 innings, while Neeck (1-0) allowed three hits and two walks over the final 5.2 innings with 16 strikeouts. Devin Ortiz had a double, a homer and two RBI for the Cavs (32-24). Kenny Levari and Carter Trice (2 for 4, 2B) both went deep for the Monarchs (44-15).
Stephen Schoch tossed 2.1 hitless innings with five strikeouts for his eighth save to give the win to Matt Wyatt (3-1, 5 IP, 2 H, BB, 8 K) as UVA outlasted USC. Alex Tappen homered as the Cavs (31-24) tallied single runs in each of the first three innings. Josh Moylan and Zach Agnos both knocked in three as ECU defeated MD to advance to the Super Regionals. Moylan had an RBI double in the first to start the scoring and Agnos delivered a two-run double to cap a three-run eighth for the Pirates (44-15). Seth Caddell had three hits, including a homer, and scored three times for ECU. Matthew Shaw (3 for 5, 3 R) homered twice for the Terps (30-18).
Justin Vought delivered a game-winning RBI single in the bottom of the ninth as Maryland eliminated Charlotte. The Terps (29-18) scored the tying run in the eighth on a double play. Elliot Zoellner (1-1, 1 IP, 2 H, BB, K) got the win after eight strong innings by Ryan Ramsey (3 H, R, 3 BB, 4 K). Austin Knight homered in the fourth for the 49ers (41-20).
Gainesville Regional
