In Lincoln, Neb., Rhett Stokes scored the game-winner on a throwing error on Mac Moyer’s bunt single in the bottom of the 10th as Nebraska rallied past USC in Game 1 of their Big Ten series. The Cornhuskers (13-3, 30-9) trailed 7-2 before Joshua Overbeek belted a three-run homer in the eighth and the home team added two in the ninth to force the extra frame. Jett Buck went 3 for 4 with a double, two runs and two RBI for the victors. Jack Basseer was 3 for 5 with two doubles, two RBI and one run for the Trojans (13-6, 30-9).

No. 9 Texas A&M 10, LSU 4 (box score)
La., Jorian Wilson homered twice and drove in four as TAMU won the SEC series opener at LSU. Wilson had a two-run shot in the sixth to give the Aggies (10-5, 29-7) a 6-2 lead. He capped the scoring with a two-run dinger in the ninth. Steven Milam had a double and a homer with two runs for the Tigers (6-10, 23-16).

In Gainesville, Fla., Mason McCraine homered twice and knocked in three and Ryan Hetzler induced a game-ending double play with the bases loaded in the ninth as Auburn evened its SEC series at UF.
