In Morgantown, W.Va., Cody Farhat had an RBI single in the top of the ninth in the nightcap to snap a 3-3 tie as TTU swept a Big 12 doubleheader at WVU. Farhat went 3 for 4, while Orlando Garcia had two hits and two runs in Game 2 for the Red Raiders (13-7, 39-12). Jose Quezada (5-4, 2.2 IP, H, 5 K) earned the win, while Parker Mushinski recorded the final out for his fourth save. Kyle Davis went 2 for 3 with a double, a homer and two RBI for the Mountaineers (10-10, 26-19). In the opener, Erikson Lanning (3-1) tossed six scoreless innings with two hits, two walks and one strikeout to earn the victory, while Jacob Patterson hurled three hitless innings with one walk and four punchouts to register his first save. Grant Little had an RBI double in the fifth for the game’s lone run. Davis walked twice for WVU.

In Auburn, Ala., Kyle Kaufman had a two-run single in the eighth in Game 2 as Alabama swept an SEC doubleheader at Auburn. Zac Rogers (2-1, 1.0 IP, 2 H, 2 BB) picked up the win, while Davis Vainer (2.0 IP, 3 H, R, 2 BB, 4 K) recorded his fifth save for the Crimson Tide (4-19, 17-29). Jeremy Johnson had two hits and three RBI for the Tigers (14-9, 32-16). Vainer fanned the final hitter for a save in Game 1. Chandler Taylor went 3 for 4 with a homer, two runs and two RBI for Alabama. Josh Anthony went 1 for 4 with a double, one run and one RBI for Auburn.

In Lexington, Ky., Troy Squires had two doubles and four RBI, while Zach Logue struck out 11 in 6.2 innings as UK evened its SEC series with UGA. Logue (6-4) allowed five hits, three walks and four runs. Zack Thompson tossed 2.1 hitless innings with five strikeouts to notch his first save for the Wildcats (15-8, 32-15). Tucker Maxwell had a three-run homer in the seventh for the Bulldogs (6-17, 18-29).

In Fort Worth, Texas, Brian Howard hurled eight scoreless innings as TCU clinched a Big 12 series win against UT. Howard (7-3) allowed one hit with four walks and four strikeouts.
