In Lake Charles, La., Mitchell Rogers homered twice as McNeese edged LSU. Rogers had solo shots in the second and eighth, the latter being the eventual game-winner. Matt Gallier also drove in a pair for the Cowboys (9-4). Trent Fontenot (1-0, 2.2 IP, 3 H, R, BB, 2 K) picked up the win. Josh Smith went 4 for 4 with two runs and an RBI for the Tigers (9-4).
Florida Gulf Coast 3, No. 2 Florida 2
In Gainesville, Fla., Elijah Eusebio drove in a pair as FGCU topped Florida for the second consecutive day. The Eagles (12-2) scored twice in the second and once in the fourth. Peyton Gray (1-0, 6.0 IP, 2 H, R, 2 BB, 6 K) earned the victory, while Sterling Koerner (1.0 IP, 2 H, R, K) recorded his fourth save. JJ Schwarz homered for the Gators (10-4).

In Orlando, Fla., Will Zirzow fanned seven in five innings as FSU blanked UCF. Zirzow (1-0) allowed one hit with no walks. Rhett Aplin went 1 for 3 with one run and two RBI for the Seminoles (11-2). Ryan Crile had a double and a triple for the Knights (11-3).
No. 6 Louisville 12, Fort Wayne 2
In Louisville, Ky., Devin Hairston had five RBI and Devin Mann went deep as Louisville thumped Fort Wayne. The Cardinals (12-0) scored five in the fourth and four in the seventh. Hairston went 3 for 4 and was a homer short of the cycle. Sam Bordner (1-0, 1.2 IP, H, K) earned the win in relief. Jake Weber went 2 for 4 with one run and one RBI for the Mastadons (3-10).
No 9 South Carolina 8, Winthrop 6
In Columbia, S.C., Alex Destino homered to spark a four-run eighth as South Carolina rallied past Winthrop. Carlos Cortes delivered a sacrifice fly that snapped a 6-6 tie in the eighth for the Gamecocks (9-5). Reed Scott (1-1, 4 H, R, 2 BB) fanned eight over the final five innings in recording the victory. Babe Thomas went 3 for 5 with a triple, three runs and three RBI for the Eagles (5-7).
No. 10 Clemson 9, Michigan State 2
In Greenville, S.C., Seth Beer belted a grand slam to cap a five-run fifth as Clemson downed MSU. Chris Williams had two hits and knocked in a pair for the Tigers (9-3). Tyler Jackson (2-1, 7 H, 2 R, 1 ER) struck out nine in 6.1 innings in registering the win. Zack McGuire had an RBI double in the third for the Spartans (9-2).
No. 13 Cal State Fullerton 13, Arizona State 4
In Phoenix, Ariz., Fullerton scored multiple runs in each of the first three innings, including five in the second, in winning at ASU for the second straight day. Sahid Valenzuela (2 for 5, 2 R) and Hank LoForte (2 for 4, 3B) both drove in three for the Titans (7-4). Hunter Cullen (2B, 2 R) had four hits, while Scott Hurst (3 for 6, 2 R, 2 RBI) doubled twice for the victors. Gage Canning doubled and knocked in two for the Sun Devils (6-7).
