In Athens, Ga., Tony Locey and Zac Kristofak combined on a one-hitter as UGA won its SEC series over VU. Locey (5-0) went 7.0 innings with one hit, one run, three walks and five strikeouts. Kristofak retired the six batters he faced over the final two frames with two punchouts to notch his second save. Chaney Rogers had an RBI double and scored on a base hit by Randon Jernigan in the second as the Bulldogs (9-3, 27-6) took a 2-0 lead. LJ Talley added a run-scoring single in the sixth for UGA. Austin Martin had an RBI groundout in the third for the Commodores (7-5, 24-8).

No. 1 UCLA 10, No. 2 Stanford 7

In Stanford, Calif., Matt McLain had a bases-clearing triple to cap a six-run seventh as UCLA won its Pac-12 series at Stanford. Ryan Kreidler had a two-run double to start the scoring in the seventh for the Bruins (9-3, 23-6). Jake Pries had a pair of sacrifice flies for UCLA. Ryan Garcia (3-0, 7 IP, 5 H, 5 R, 2 ER, BB) had 11 strikeouts in recording the win. Holden Powell retired the final hitters, including a pair of strikeouts, to register his eighth save. Tim Tawa homered twice, while Brandon Wulff (1 for 4, 2 RBI) and Will Matthiessen (1 for 4, 3 RBI) also went deep for the Cardinal (7-2 20-5).

Boston College 3, No. 3 NC State 1

In Brighton, Mass., Jake Alu snapped a 1-1 tie with an RBI single in the bottom of the eighth and scored an insurance run on a sacrifice fly by Sal Frelick as BC salvaged the finale of its ACC series with NCSU. Thomas Lane (2-1, 1.1 IP, 2 H) picked up the win for the Eagles (6-9, 15-17) in relief of Mason Pelio (7.2 IP, 2 H, R, 2 BB, 7 K). Patrick Bailey homered in the fourth for the Wolfpack (12-3, 29-4).

No. 6 Arizona State 11, USC 8

In Los Angeles, Spencer Torkelson scored three and drove in four as ASU avoided the Pac-12 sweep at USC. Torkelson had a three-run homer to cap a five-run fourth, and an RBI single to spark a four-run fifth for the Sun Devils (9-3, 26-4). Alika Williams had two hits and three RBI, while Trevor Hauver went 2 for 5 with two runs and two RBI for ASU. Clay Owens went 3 for 5 with a homer, two runs and three RBI for the Trojans (5-7, 12-18).

No. 8 Mississippi State 7, Tennessee 5

In Knoxville, Tenn., Tanner Allen homered in the fifth to snap a 3-3 tie as MSU won its SEC set at UT. Jake Mangum added a two-run double in the sixth for the Bulldogs (7-5, 27-6). Zach Daniels had a two-run homer in the sixth for the Volunteers (4-8, 23-10).

No. 11 Louisville 7, No. 19 Clemson 4 (11 innings)

In Clemson, S.C., Alex Binelas homered in the top of the 11th to snap a 4-4 tie as UL avoided the ACC series sweep at Clemson. Drew Campbell also went deep in the 11th for the Cardinals (10-5, 24-8). Michael Kirian (2-0, 3 IP, 3 H, BB, 2 K) earned the victory. Logan Davidson had a two-run homer in the third for the Tigers (11-4, 24-8).

Georgia Tech 10, No. 13 North Carolina 5

In Atlanta, Tristan English and Kyle McCann belted three-run homers as GT salvaged the finale of its ACC series with UNC. Michael Busch (2 for 5) smacked a three-run dinger in the top of the third for the Tar Heels (8-7, 23-9) before English (2 for 3, 4 RBI) launched his three-run shot in the bottom of the frame to level the score at 3-3. McCann’s three-run homer came in the eighth for the Yellow Jackets (9-6, 22-10).

Kansas 13, No. 15 Texas Tech 9

In Lubbock, Texas, Blaine Ray had a two-run triple in the fifth to erase a 7-6 deficit as KU avoided the Big 12 sweep at TTU. Tom Lichty went 2 for 3 with three runs and four RBI, while Jaxx Groshans was 1 for 2 with four walks and four runs for the Jayhawks (2-7, 16-15). Josh Jung had three hits, including a homer, and three RBI for the Red Raiders (5-4, 21-9).

No. 20 UC Irvine 4, Long Beach State 0

In Irvine, Calif., Trenton Denholm tossed a three-hit shutout as UCI completed the Big West sweep of LBSU. Denholm (6-0) walked one and fanned six. Mikey Filia and Brandon Lewis (2 for 4) had consecutive homers in the seventh for the Anteaters (5-1, 21-5). Laine Huffman, Victor Carlino and Chase Luttrell all had hits for the Dirtbags (0-3, 4-26).
