In Gainesville, Fla., Jonathan India went 2 for 2 with a homer, three runs and four RBI as UF evened its SEC series with Arkansas. The Gators (3-2, 20-5) scored multiple runs in each of the first three innings in building a 12-0 lead. Deacon Liput went 4 for 5 with three runs and three RBI. Grant Koch had a two-run homer in the fourth for the Razorbacks (4-1, 17-6).
No. 1 Oregon State 16-5, Washington 1-2
In Corvallis, Ore., Luke Heimlich fanned 13 in the opener, while Brandon Eisert and Dylan Pearce combined to hurl 4.2 scoreless innings, as OSU swept a Pac-12 doubleheader from UW. Heimlich (5-0) allowed four hits and a run in 7.1 innings with no walks. The Beavers (5-0, 20-1) scored in each of the first seven innings, including multiple runs from the second to sixth. Kyle Nobach had two doubles, a homer and four RBI to lead the OSU offense. Christian Jones doubled and scored for the Huskies (3-2, 10-10). In Game 2, Eisert (3-1) worked 2.1 inning with three hits and two Ks to earn the win. Pearce tossed 2.1 hitless frames with two punchouts to record his second save.
Joe Wainhouse went 3 for 4 with two doubles, one run and one RBI for UW.
No. 3 Stanford 11, USC 1
In Stanford, Calif., Kris Bubic allowed one hit in seven scoreless innings as Stanford secured a Pac-12 series win over USC. Bubic (3-0) walked one and struck out six. The Cardinal (2-0, 16-2) scored three in the sixth and five in the seventh in taking a 10-0 advantage. Maverick Handley went 2 for 2 with a double, two walks, two runs and one RBI for the victors. John Thomas went 1 for 3 with a run for the Trojans (2-3, 11-8).
No. 6 Ole Miss 7, No. 13 Texas A&M 6
In College Station, Texas, Will Golsan went 3 for 5 with two doubles, two runs and two RBI as Ole Miss won its SEC series at TAMU. The Rebels (4-2, 22-3) erased an early 4-1 deficit with two in the fourth, fifth and seventh innings. Cole Zabowski (2 for 5, 2B, 2 R, 2 RBI) went deep for Ole Miss. Hunter Coleman and Logan Foster both had three hits and two RBI for the Aggies (2-4, 19-6).
No. 11 Texas Tech 12-13, Northeastern 3-2
In Lubbock, Texas, TTU scored in double figures for the fourth straight time in a doubleheader sweep of NU. Gabe Holt had two hits, two walks and drove in three in the opener for the Red Raiders (20-5). Charlie McConnell had two hits and a run for the Huskies (11-8). In the nightcap, Josh Jung (2 for 6, 2 R, 4 RBI) had one of his team’s four home runs. Scott Holzwasser had two hits and one RBI for NU.
No. 12 UCLA 12, Arizona State 1
In Los Angeles, Daniel Amaral drove in three as UCLA clinched its Pac-12 series with ASU. RJ Teijeiro (3 for 3, 2B) and Jake Hirabayashi (1 for 2, HR, 2 BB, 2 RBI) both scored three runs for the Bruins (5-0. 15-4). Gage Canning had two hits for the Sun Devils (3-2, 11-12).
No. 18 LSU led No. 7 Vanderbilt 6-2 when the game was suspended in the bottom of the eighth. It will be completed prior to Sunday’s contest.
Rain postponed No. 14 Clemson at No. 15 Louisville as well as No. 5 Auburn at No. 9 Kentucky. Both series with have Sunday doubleheaders.
