In Gainesville, Fla., John Cassala went 2 for 5 with a homer and four RBI, and Chris Lehane added three hits and two runs as Jacksonville (25-13) knocked off No. 1 Florida, the Dolphins’ first win over a No. 1 since beating Florida State in 2007. Jonathan India had two hits and two RBI for the Gators (32-7), who left 13 on base.

No. 3 NC State 8, No. 16 North Carolina 3

In Durham, N.C., Evan Edwards (3 for 5) and Patrick Bailey (2 for 5) each homered and drove in three as NC State knocked off North Carolina at Durham Bulls Athletic Park. Reid Johnston (5-0) was credited with the win with two innings for the Wolfpack (29-7), who got a 4-for-5 day and a run from leadoff man Josh McLain. Ashton McGee had two hits and two RBI for the Tar Heels (24-13).

No. 4 Arkansas 11, Missouri State 7

In Fayetteville, Ark., Heston Kjerstad went 3 for 4 with a homer, two runs and four RBI, and Casey Martin went 2 for 3 with a homer, two runs and four RBI as Arkansas (28-10) overcame a 7-3 deficit to beat Missouri State (22-11). Drew Millas had four hits and two runs, and Landon Ruff added two hits and three RBI as the Bears scored three in the first and four in the third to take a four-run lead.

No. 5 Texas Tech 20, New Mexico 9

In Albuquerque, N.M., Josh Jung hit for the cycle, going 5 for 5 with two homers, four runs and eight RBI, and Grant Little homered and drove in four as Texas Tech (30-8) scored in all but two innings in pounding New Mexico (12-22-1). Jared Mang went 3 for 5 with a homer and five RBI, and Justin Watari contributed four hits and three runs for the Lobos.

No. 13 East Carolina 9, No. 7 Duke 2

In Durham, N.C., Jake Agnos tossed five innings of one-run ball, and Jake Washer went 3 for 4 with two runs and two RBI as East Carolina (27-9) handed Duke (30-8) its first midweek loss of the season. Spencer Brickhouse added a pair of RBI as the Pirates scored five runs in the middle innings and pulled away with four runs in the ninth. Chris Proctor had a pair of hits to lead the Blue Devils.
