UCLA had a 2-1 week to stay in first in the latest CBI Composite Poll.

The Bruins took two of three at Washington in Big Ten play. UCLA is first in all five national polls.

UNC went 3-1 to stay in second. The Tar Heels won at UNCW before capturing two of three at ACC-rival NC State. UNC is second in three polls and third in the other two.

Georgia Tech had a 3-1 week to hold onto third. The Yellow Jackets rebounded from a loss to Mercer to sweep an ACC series at Boston College. Georgia Tech is second in two polls and third in the other three.

Georgia was 2-1 to stay in fourth. The Bulldogs won two of three at fifth-ranked Auburn. UGA is fourth in all five polls.

Texas had a 3-0 week to bump up one spot to fifth. The Longhorns swept an SEC series with Missouri. UT is fifth in all five national polls.

Nebraska and Oklahoma State entered this week’s CBI Composite Poll, while Coastal Carolina and Ole Miss dropped out.

There are eight teams from the SEC in this week’s CBI Composite Poll. There are four from the Big Ten, three from the ACC and Big 12, one from the Sun Belt and one independent.
