The Hawks won their first America East Championship with a 9-4 victory over Stony Brook in the title game. Hartford was picked to finish last in the preseason coaches poll. The Hawks are making their first trip to the NCAA Tournament. Hartford has never faced Stetson. The Hawks are 1-3 against Oklahoma State and 0-2 vs. USF.
