captured its fourth NEC tournament championship to earn an
automatic bid to the NCAA tournament. Chris Callazo now has 87
hits on the season, two shy of tying the program’s single-season
record, and 246 career base hits, on away from the school-record
of 247. The all-NEC second baseman hit .600 (9 for 15) and drove
in six runs in the tournament’s three games.
