LSU (7-0) and Arizona State (6-0) are the only
two unbeaten teams in NCAA Tournament play.
The Tigers are hitting .348 in seven NCAA tourney
games and are averaging 8.3 runs per contest.
With three home runs against Arkansas, LSU has 99
dingers, the most among the CWS teams.
LSU has won three of four against Arkansas this
season. In the regular-season series at Fayetteville in early
May, the Razorbacks won the opener 11-4 before the Tigers won
5-0 and 4-3 to capture the series.
Arkansas fell to 7-11 all-time in its six College
World Series appearances.
The Razorbacks had their six-game win streak
halted and lost for the first time in the NCAA Tournament.
