Texas A&M has risen to No. 1 in the latest CBI Composite Poll.

The Aggies had a 4-0 week, with a win over UTSA and a three-game SEC sweep of Vanderbilt. Texas A&M is first in all five national polls.

Arkansas slipped one place to second. The Razorbacks beat San Jose State twice before dropping an SEC series at No. 20 Alabama. Arkansas is second in four polls and third in the other.

Tennessee went 4-0 and bumped up one spot to third. The Vols beat Alabama A&M before sweeping a three-game SEC set from LSU. UT is second in one poll, third in three polls and fourth in the other.

Kentucky went 3-1 and rose four places to fourth. The Wildcats lost at Samford before sweeping a three-game SEC series at Auburn. UK is third in one poll, fourth in one, fifth in one and seventh in the other two.

Oregon State had a 3-1 week and stayed at No. 5. The Beavers beat Portland before taking two of three from Stanford. OSU is fourth in two polls, fifth in two polls and eighth in the other.

Louisiana, Oklahoma State and South Carolina entered the poll, while DBU, Virginia Tech and UCF dropped out.

There are seven teams from the SEC in this week’s CBI Composite Poll, including holding each of the top four spots. There are six teams from the ACC, two from the Pac-12 and Sun Belt, and single entries from the American, Big 12 and Big West.
