After winning the 2026 National Championship, Oklahoma took the top spot in the final CBI Composite Poll.

Only four national polls were used in the final CBI Composite Poll, as Perfect Game did not post a poll following the 2026 NCAA Championship. The top five spots in the CBI Composite Poll were unanimous.

The Sooners were first in all four national polls.

National runner-up North Carolina placed second, while semifinalist Georgis was third and semifinalist West Virginia was fourth.

World Series participant Texas finished fifth.

Oklahoma, Troy, Ole Miss and Cal Poly entered the final CBI Composite Poll, while Oregon State, Arkansas, Nebraska and Oklahoma State dropped out.

There are nine teams from the SEC in the final CBI Composite Poll. There are three from the ACC and Big Ten, two from the Big 12 and Sun Belt, and one from the Big West.
