After a 4-1 week, Miami held onto the top spot in this week’s CBI Composite Poll.

The Hurricanes are first in four polls and second in the other.

Florida went 4-0 and stayed in second. The Gators are first in one poll and second in the other four.

Texas A&M also had a 4-0 week, including a three-game SEC sweep at third-ranked Mississippi State, to climb into third. The Aggies are third in four polls and fifth in the other.

Louisville put together a 5-0 week to rise four spots to fourth. The Cardinals are third in one poll, fourth in one poll, fifth in two polls and sixth in the other poll.

Vanderbilt went 3-1 and rose two places to fifth. The Commodores are fourth in two polls, fifth in one poll, sixth in one poll and eighth in the other poll.

South Alabama dropped out of this week’s poll, while Rice climbed in at No. 17.

There are eight teams from the SEC in this week’s poll. There are five from the ACC, two from the Big 12, Conference USA & Pac-12, and one from the Big West.
