UCLA, North Carolina and Georgia Tech remain in the top three spots, while Georgia has risen to No. 4 in the latest CBI Composite Poll.
The Bruins had a 3-1 week, winning at LMU before taking two of three from Big Ten rival No. 14 Oregon. UCLA is fifth in all five national polls.
The Tar Heels went 3-0, sweeping a three-game ACC set with Pitt. UNC is second in all five polls.
The Yellow Jackets were 3-0, sweeping a three-game ACC series with Duke. GT is third in all five polls.
The Bulldogs had a 3-0 week to climb one spot to fourth. UGA took three at home from LSU in an SEC series. The Bulldogs are fourth in four polls and fifth in the other.
Auburn went 3-1 to rise one place to fifth. The Tigers won at UAB before taking two of three at No. 11 Mississippi State. Auburn is fourth in one poll, fifth in three polls and sixth in the other.
Ole Miss reentered the CBI Composite Poll, while Arizona State dropped out.
There are nine teams from the SEC in this week’s CBI Composite Poll. There are three teams from the ACC and the Big Ten, two from the Big 12 and Sun Belt, and one independent.
