In Tucson, Ariz., Nik McClaughry had a two-out RBI single to cap a four-run rally in the bottom of the 10th as Arizona edged Washington to start their Pac-12 set. Daniel Susac went 3 for 7 with two doubles, a triple, two runs and four RBI, while Donta Williams had three hits, three walks and scored four times for the Wildcats (17-8, 33-13). Noah Hsue had three hits and three RBI for the Huskies (14-17, 17-25).

In Knoxville, Tenn., Brady Slavens had a leadoff double and scored on a sacrifice fly by Robert Moore to break a 5-5 deadlock in the top of the eighth as Arkansas won the SEC series lid-lifter at UT. Slavens (3 for 4, 2 R, 2 RBI) and Moore (1 for 3, 3 RBI) both homered for the Razorbacks (18-7, 38-9). Kevin Kopps (3 IP, H, BB, 2 K) earned the win to go 8-0. Jordan Beck had a three-run homer to cap a five-run first for the Vols (17-8, 38-12).

In Starkville, Miss., Joshua Day had an RBI single in the top of the ninth to snap a 6-6 deadlock as Mizzou evened its SEC series with MSU. Torin Montgomery went 4 for 5 with a run for the Tigers (6-20, 13-33). Tanner Allen was 3 for 5 with a triple, one run and two RBI for the Dawgs (17-9, 36-12).

ULM 4, No. 6 TCU 3 (boxscore)

In Fort Worth, Texas, ULM was one out away from a no-hitter and held on to edge TCU to begin their series. Cam Barlow (7-4) worked five hitless innings with five walks and three strikeouts to record the win. The Horned Frogs (34-13) scored two unearned runs without a hit in the bottom of the ninth. A two-out single by Tommy Sacco drove in a run to pull TCU within one, but the potential tying run was thrown out at the plate to end the game. Logan Wurm went 3 for 4 with a double, a homer and two RBI for the Warhawks (23-22).

In Gainesville, Fla., J Rivera had an RBI single in the bottom of the eighth to snap a 3-3 tie as UF won the SEC series opener over UGA. Jacob Young doubled and knocked in two for the Gators (16-9, 34-15). Jack Leftwich (7-3) fanned five in two scoreless innings to pick up the win. Josh McAllister went 4 for 5 with a double, one run and one RBI for the Bulldogs (11-14, 28-19).

In Norman, Okla., Justin Mitchell scored the game-winner on a wild pitch in the bottom of the 10th as OU nipped TTU in the Big 12 series opener. Jimmy Crooks had a three-run homer in the fourth that gave the Sooners (9-10, 25-23) a 6-5 lead. Cody Masters had a grand slam in the first for the Red Raiders (10-9, 31-12).

In Cincinnati Ohio, Ryder Giles had a two-run single to spark a five-run second in the opener as ECU and UC split an American doubleheader. Seth Caddell homered and knocked in two for the Pirates (16-6, 34-11). Eric Santiago (1 for 3, BB, RBI) scored twice for the Bearcats (14-12, 25-22). UC scored two unearned runs in the bottom of the 10th in the nightcap to gain the split. Joey Bellini went 2 for 5 with a double, two runs and two RBI for the Bearcats. Josh Moylan had two hits and knocked in two for ECU.
