In Iowa City, Iowa, Mulivai Levu belted a two-run homer in the third to break a scoreless tie as UCLA downed Iowa to begin their Big Ten set and extend their win streak to 17. Payton Brennan also went deep in the fourth for the Bruins (10-0, 23-2). Logan Reddemann (7-0, 5 H, 1 R, 1 BB) fanned nine over 6.1 innings to record the victory. Easton Hawk worked around a pair of walks in a scoreless ninth to notch his third save. Mitch Wood had a pinch-hit two-run homer in the seventh for the Hawkeyes (3-4, 15-9).

Patel pitched the final 1.2 innings with one hit and two punchouts to notch his second save. Jarren Advincula (2 for 3) had a two-run dinger in the first and Carson Kerce added a solo shot in the second for the Yellow Jackets (7-3, 20-5).
