In Fayetteville, Ark., Isaiah Campbell struck out 10 in 7.2 innings as Arkansas edged MSU to begin their SEC set. Campbell (7-1) allowed five hits and two runs without walking a batter. Matt Cronin (1.1 IP, H, R, BB, 3 K) recorded the final four outs for his eighth save. Dominic Fletcher (3 for 4) had a two-run homer in the eighth to give the Razorbacks (10-6, 28-10) a 5-2 advantage. Rowdey Jordan and Elijah MacNamee both had solo homers for the Bulldogs (10-6, 32-7).

Wake Forest 7, No. 9 NC State 3

In Winston-Salem, N.C., Chris Lanzilli went 2 for 3 with a homer and two walks as WFU topped NCSU to kick off their ACC series. Bobby Seymour had two hits and two RBI for the Demon Deacons (10-9, 23-16). Colin Peluse (3-5, 6 IP, 3 H, R, 3 BB, 7 K) picked up the win. Luca Tresh had a two-run homer in the eighth for the Wolfpack (12-7, 30-9).

No. 1 UCLA 8, California 7

In Los Angeles, UCLA scored two in the eighth and one in the ninth to rally past Cal in their Pac-12 series opener. Kevin Kendall (2 for 3, R) had an RBI single and Ryan Kreidler was hit by a pitch with the bases loaded in the eighth to level the score at 7-7. Garrett Mitchell drew a walk with the sacks full to force in the winning run in the ninth. Jake Pries went 2 for 2 with a homer and two RBI for the Bruins (10-3, 29-6). Korey Lee went deep twice and knocked in three for the Golden Bears (7-6, 19-13).

No. 3 Stanford 5, Oregon 4

In Eugene, Ore., Brandon Wulff homered in the sixth, his second of the game, to snap a 2-2 tie and Duke Kinamon added a two-run shot later in the frame as Stanford nipped Oregon to kick off their Pac-12 series. Wulff (3 for 4) launched a two-run shot in the second to give the Cardinal (11-2, 25-6) a 2-1 edge. Sam Novitske had four hits and two runs, while Spencer Steer (2 for 4, 2 RBI) went deep for the Ducks (7-6, 22-14).

No. 4 Oregon State 8, Arizona 4

In Corvallis, Ore., Ryan Ober had a three-run homer to cap a four-run eighth as OSU rallied past UA. The Beavers (12-4, 26-8-1) tallied a pair of unearned runs in the seventh to even the score at 4-4. Ober had three hits and knocked in four, while Adley Rutschman went 2 for 3 with a homer, two walks and two runs. Nick Quintana and Tony Bullard (2 for 3, 3 RBI) both homered for the Wildcats (6-10, 18-17).

In Athens, Ga., Emerson Hancock fanned 11 in eight scoreless innings as UGA took the SEC series opener from Mizzou. Hancock (7-2) allowed three hits and did not walk a batter. Zac Kristofak (1 IP, BB, K) recorded his fourth save. Riley King and John Cable both had RBI doubles in a three-run sixth for the Bulldogs (11-5, 31-8). Chris Cornelius went 1 for 4 with a double for the Tigers (7-8-1, 26-13-1).

No. 7 Louisville 7, Miami 5

In Louisville, Ky., Logan Wyatt homered and drove in four as UL won its ACC series opener with UM. Wyatt had a two-run homer to cap a three-run third as the Cardinals (14-5, 30-8) took the lead for good. Wyatt added an RBI single in the fifth and walked with the bases loaded in the sixth. Reid Detmers (7-2, 5.2 IP, 5 H, 3 R, 7 K) earned the victory, while Michael Kirian (2 IP, 3 H, R, 2 K) notched his second save. Adrian Del Castillo (2 for 4, R) had a two-run double in the fourth for the Hurricanes (10-9, 26-13).

No. 8 Texas A&M 8, South Carolina 2

In Columbia, S.C., Logan Foster had a grand slam to cap a seven-run seventh as TAMU downed USC in the SEC series opener. Zach DeLoach had two hits, including a double, and two runs for the Aggies (10-5-1, 28-11-1). Luke Berryhill went 2 for 3 with a double and a walk for the Gamecocks (4-12, 22-16).

In Santa Barbara, Calif., Mason Marquez scored on a passed ball to tie the game in the bottom of the eighth and a sacrifice fly by Eric Yang later in the frame brought home Tevin Mitchell with the game-winner as UCSB took the Big West series opener from UCD. Armani Smith went 2 for 4 with a double and three RBI for the Gauchos (6-1, 28-5). Michael McGreevy (5-0, 3 IP, 3 H, 2 R, 1 ER, 3 BB, 2 K) earned the win in relief. Logan Denholm had a two-run double in the first for the Aggies (3-7, 11-19).

Virginia Tech 3, No. 17 Georgia Tech 2

In Blacksburg, Va., Tanner Thomas launched a two-run homer in the sixth to erase a 2-1 deficit as VT took the ACC series lid-lifter from GT. Carson Taylor (2 for 3) went deep in the first for the Hokies (7-12, 22-16). Michael Guldberg had two hits for the Yellow Jackets (11-8, 25-13).

Kansas State 7, No. 20 TCU 4

In Manhattan, Kan., Terrence Spurlin had three hits and knocked in four as KSU topped TCU to commence their Big 12 series. Spurlin had an RBI single in the first, a two-run homer in the fourth and a run-scoring base hit in the fifth as the Wildcats (4-6, 18-21) built a 7-0 lead. Griffin Hassall (2-1, 7.2 IP, 3 H, R, BB, 5 K) earned the victory. Austin Henry went 2 for 4 with a double, a homer and three RBI for the Horned Frogs (5-5, 22-14).
