Carter Macias had four hits and four RBI as Army defeated Bucknell to capture a conference-record fourth straight Patriot League title. Macias had a two-run single to highlight a six-run first as the Black Knights (31-22) took control early. Sam Ruta and Ross Friedrick also had four hits as part of the 21-hit attack for Army. Kyle Lyons had three hits and one run for the Bison (22-26).

Jacob Jenkins-Cowart homered and knocked in four, while Zach Agnos went 4 for 5 with two doubles, two runs and three RBI as ECU run-ruled Cincinnati in seven innings. Jenkins-Cowart had a three-run dinger in a four-run first as the Pirates (40-18) took control early. Garrett Saylor (6-3) tossed two hitless innings in relief with three strikeouts to earn the win in relief, who extended the nation’s longest win streak at 16 games. Kerrington Cross homered and drove in two for the Bearcats (24-30).

Santiago Garcia had a game-winning RBI single in the bottom of the ninth as Houston edged Memphis. Anthony Tulimero had a double and a homer while driving in four, while Brandon Umse and Alex Lopez each had four hits for the Cougars (36-22), who stranded 16. Jacob Compton had a double, a homer, two runs and two RBI for the Tigers (26-28).

ACC (Charlotte, N.C.)
#4 Notre Dame 5, #9 Florida State 3

John Bertrand was masterful with five hits, one unearned run and eight strikeouts over eight innings as Notre Dame held off Florida State. Jack Zyska went 2 for 4 with a homer and two RBI, and Zack Prajzner added two hits, including a solo homer, and two runs for the Fighting Irish (34-13). Brock Mathis drove in two with a pinch-hit single in the ninth as the Seminoles (33-23) made it close.

ASUN (Fort Myers, Fla.)
#1 Liberty 10, #2 Lipscomb 2

Stephen Hill and Brady Gulakowski had two-run singles in a six-run first as Liberty defeated Lipscomb to finish pool play undefeated. Hill finished with two hits and three RBI, while Nathan Keeter went 2 for 3 with a triple and a homer for the Flames (36-20). Malik Williams went deep for the Bisons (35-22).

Ian Petrutz was hit by a pitch that plated Matt Shaw as Maryland rallied to beat Indiana in 11 innings, the Terrapins’ 27 win in their past 32 games. Evan Goforth made a nice slide at the plate to put the Hoosiers up 5-4 in the 10th on Hunter Jessee’s bouncer to first, but Petrutz drove in Bobby Zmarzlak to tie the game at 5 in the bottom half.

Evan Sleight drove in three, and Josh Kuroda-Grauer and Mike Nyisztor each drove in two runs as Rutgers scored seven late runs to pull away from Purdue. Sam Portnoy, Garrett French and Dale Stanavich combined for 6.2 innings of scoreless relief for the Scarlet Knights (42-14). Cam Thompson had a two-run homer for Purdue (29-20).

Tyler Shingledecker (5.2 IP, 1 H, 1 ER, 8 K) and Travis Luensmann (3.1 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 7K) combined to strike out 15 and allow one earned run as Penn State slipped past Iowa. Matt Wood launched a three-run homer in the sixth inning, and Anthony Steele drove in the other two runs for the Nittany Lions (26-27).  

Big 12 (Arlington, Texas)

Lucas Gordon allowed two hits and one earned run in 7.2 innings as UT edged TCU to remain unbeaten in the Big 12 tourney. Gordon (7-1) walked two and fanned four. Murphy Stehly had a three-run homer in the first for the Longhorns (41-17). Gray Rodgers (2 for 4) went deep for the Horned Frogs (36-19).

Colonial (Elon, N.C.)

Northeastern and Hofstra moved into the winners’ bracket final after the Huskies knocked off top-seeded College of Charleston and the Pride edged second-seeded UNCW. Jeff Costello (2 for 3) and Luke Masiuk each drove in two runs, and Spenser Smith had two hits and two runs as Northeastern built a 6-2 lead on Charleston. But Trotter Harlan (2 for 3) blasted a two-run homer in the eighth inning, and Cam Dean drove in a run as the Cougars closed within one. Hofstra won its second straight one-run game when Michael Florides (3 for 4) singled in Jake Liberatore with the go-ahead run in the top of the 10th inning. Will Kennedy added three hits and a run for the Pride. Chris Thorburn had three hits and two RBI for the Seahawks.

Micah Dallas allowed one hit and struck out seven over five scoreless innings, and Austin Bost went 2 for 4 with a homer and three RBI as Texas A&M trounced Florida in a seven-inning game. The Aggies (36-17) scored seven times in the bottom of the sixth inning to break from a 3-0 game. Trevor Werner went 2 for 3 with a homer, two runs and two RBI, and Ryan Targac and Jordan Thompson (2 RBI) also homered for A&M.

Tennessee picked up its 50th win of the season as Drew Gilbert had two hits, two runs and two RBI, and Courtland Lawson and Blake Burke hit solo homers in an easy win over Vanderbilt. Five Volunteers pitchers combined to allow five hits and one run – a Carter Young homer – as Tennessee improved to 50-7.
