Nik McClaughry had an RBI single to spark the four-run eighth and added a run-scoring base hit in the ninth to snap a 5-5 deadlock. Donta Williams went 4 for 5 with a double, one run and two RBI for the Wildcats (21-9, 38-14). Wade Meckler went 3 for 5 with two runs for the Beavers (15-12, 33-20).

In Bloomington, Ind., Max Anderson went 3 for 4 with two runs and one RBI as Nebraska blanked OSU to clinch the Big Ten title and earn the league’s automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. Luke Roskam went 2 for 4 with a double, two runs and one RBI, and Jaxon Hallmark (2 for 4) homered for the Cornhuskers (29-11, 29-11). Brent Todys and Archer Brookman both had doubles for the Buckeyes (19-18, 19-18).

In Madison, Ala., O’Neill Burgos belted a three-run homer in the top of the ninth to erase a 6-4 deficit and lead Southern past JSU for the SWAC Championship and the automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. Burgos knocked in four in the game and was named the tourney’s MVP. Zavier Moore (3 for 5) also went deep for the Jaguars (20-28). Dimitri Frank (4-1) tossed two scoreless innings with one hit and two strikeouts to earn the win. Enrique Ozoa needed just seven pitches to work a perfect ninth with one punchout to record his seventh save. Equon Smith had two hits and two runs for the Tigers (34-9).

No. 14 Stanford 8, No. 10 Oregon 5 (12) (boxscore)

In Eugene, Ore., Christian Robinson had a two-run homer to cap a three-run 12th as Stanford rallied for a Pac-12 series win at Oregon. The Cardinal (15-9, 31-13) trailed 5-0 after three before plating two in the fourth and three in the sixth. Robinson went 3 for 6 with two runs and three RBI, while Kody Huff was 3 for 6 with a double, three runs and one RBI. Josh Kasevich went 2 for 5 with a homer and two RBI for the Ducks (18-9, 35-13).

In Bakersfield, Calif., Dillon Tatum had a two-run dinger to cap a four-run third as UCI earned a Big West series win at CSUB. Thomas McCaffrey went 3 for 5 with two runs and two RBI, while Justin Torres doubled twice with a run and two RBI for the Anteaters (28-8, 36-16). Tyler Jorgensen (3 for 4) had a three-run homer in the first for the Roadrunners (17-15, 20-19).

In Los Angeles, Jake Moberg had a two-run homer in the second to break a 1-1 tie and added an RBI double in the fourth as UCLA salvaged the Pac-12 finale with Cal. Kyle Cuellar had three hits and two RBI, while Kevin Kendall had three hits and scored twice for the Bruins (15-12, 32-18). Darren Baker went 3 for 3 with a walk, while Steven Zobac homered and drove in two for the Golden Bears (14-13, 28-24).

San Francisco 11, No. 20 Gonzaga 1 (boxscore)

In Spokane, Wash., Jacob Munoz homered in the second and had a three-run double in the fifth as USF won the WCC finale at Gonzaga. Eric Reyzelman (3-3, 6.0 IP, 3 H, 3 BB, 3 K) picked up the win for the Dons (16-11, 23-27). Tyler Rando had two hits for the Bulldogs (19-5, 32-15).
