In Scottsdale, Ariz., Tate Samuelson drove in a pair of runs, including the game-winner on a sacrifice fly as Cal Poly scored twice in the ninth to beat Vanderbilt. Cole Cabrera went 3 for 5 with a run and two RBI, including a sac fly to tie the game at 8 in the ninth. Scott Ogrin contributed two hits and two RBI, and Myles Emmerson added two hits, two runs and an RBI as the Mustangs finished the weekend tourney 2-1. Harrison Ray had a three-run homer for the Commodores (1-2), who also dropped a game to Michigan over the weekend.
Connecticut 7, No. 12 Michigan 1 (box score)
In Scottsdale, Ariz., Reggie Crawford had two hits and five RBI, and Nick Krauth allowed one unearned run in 5.2 innings as Connecticut handed Michigan its first loss. Christian Fedko went 3 for 4 with an RBI for the Huskies (1-2). The Wolverines (3-1) finished the weekend tourney with wins over Vanderbilt, Cal Poly and Arizona State.

In Oxford, Miss., Anthony Servideo capped a big weekend by going 2 for 3 with a homer, two runs and two RBI, and Tyler Keenan added two hits, two RBI and a run as Ole Miss captured its series against Louisville. Levi Usher and Ben Bianco, son of Rebels coach Mike Bianco, each went 2 for 4 with a homer, two runs and two RBI for the Cardinals (1-2).

In Lubbock, Texas, Nate Romback went 2 for 3 with a homer, two runs and four RBI, and Jace Jung contributed two hits, two runs and three RBI as Texas Tech capped a 4-0 weekend with a win over Northern Colorado. Josh Glenn homered and drove in two for UNC (2-2).

In Coral Gables, Fla., Anthony Villar went 2 for 5 with two runs and three RBI, and Jared Thomas scored three times as Miami (3-0) completed a sweep of Rutgers. Mike Nyisztor drove in three, and Peter Serruto had three hits, two runs and an RBI for the Scarlet Knights (0-3).
No. 5 Georgia 5, Richmond 4 (box score)
In Athens, Ga., Chaney Rogers went 2 for 4 with a run, and for the second time over the weekend, Georgia rallied to beat Richmond to complete a sweep. After trailing 6-2 on Friday, the Bulldogs (3-0) trailed 4-1 before overtaking the Spiders (0-3). Will Childers (2.2 IP) and Tucker Bradley (1.1) combined to allow one hit and no runs over the final four innings for Georgia. Dominic Toso had a three-run homer for Richmond.
No. 6 Arizona State 6, Villanova 4 (box score)
In Phoenix, Tyler Thornton allowed one hit and two earned runs with eight strikeouts in 6.2 innings as Arizona State captured its series with Villanova. The Sun Devils (2-2) dropped a game to Michigan in the midst of the three-game set with the Wildcats (1-2). Dylan McNary hit a two-run homer as Villanova tied it at 4 in the seventh, but the Sun Devils scored a pair of runs on passed balls in the bottom half of the frame.

In Fayetteville, Ark., Heston Kjerstad launched two homers, his third and fourth of the weekend, and drove in six runs as Arkansas completed a sweep of Eastern Illinois. Christian Franklin added three hits and two runs, and Braydon Webb had two hits and three runs for the Razorbacks (3-0). Matt Mackey drove in two for EIU (0-3).
No. 8 Mississippi State 6, Wright State 1 (box score)
In Starkville, Miss., Rowdey Jordan and Jordan Westburg each had two hits and two runs, and Kamren James drove in a pair of runs as Mississippi State completed a sweep of Wright State. Eric Cerantola led a bevy of six Bulldogs pitchers who combined for 15 strikeouts with four innings, two hits, no runs and eight strikeouts. Quincy Hamilton drove in the lone run for the Raiders.
