Reese Albert plated the game-winning run with a double off the wall in the bottom of the 11th inning as Florida State (40-17) slipped past Virginia (28-25). The extra-inning win was the third in the past week and sixth for the Seminoles, who got eight scoreless innings of one-hit ball from Austin Pollock (4.1 IP, 1 H) and Clayton Kwiatkowski (3.2 IP).
Andrew Cabezas allowed two runs in 7.1 innings, and Freddy Zamora drove in a pair of runs as Miami (28-25) scored five times in the eighth to knock off Notre Dame (24-29). The Hurricanes, needing wins to make a run at an at-large bid, have won 11 in a row and entered with an RPI of 63. Jake Johnson drove in a run for the Fighting Irish.
Matt Pidich allowed three hits and one run and struck out eight in seven innings, and Chris Cappas went 2 for 4 with an RBI as Pittsburgh (28-25) scored twice in the seventh to edge Georgia Tech (31-26), which got seven strong innings from Xzavion Curry (7 IP, 3 H, 2 R, 8 K).

Edouad Julien delivered the game-winning RBI single in the bottom of the 11th inning as Auburn (38-19) eliminated Kentucky (34-22). Daniel Davis tossed 5.2 solid innings of relief, and Cody Greenhill closed with three scoreless innings for the Tigers. Kole Cottam went 3 for 5 with a homer and two RBI for the Wildcats.
Kaylor Chafin tossed six strong innings, and Nolan Hoffman picked up his 13th save with three innings of relief as Texas A&M (37-19) got past Vanderbilt (31-25). Michael Helman went 2 for 4 with an RBI to lead the Aggies, while Austin Martin went 3 for 4 with an RBI for the Commodores, who were eliminated with the loss.
Antoine Duplantis went 3 for 5 with a triple, two runs and two RBI as LSU (34-23) scored two runs apiece in the fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth innings to pull away from Mississippi State (31-25). Tanner Allen had two hits and two RBI for the Bulldogs.
