After a 3-1 week, including an SEC series victory over Georgia, Florida has returned to the top spot in the CBI Composite poll.

The Gators are the unanimous pick at No. 1, sitting atop each of the five national polls.

Texas A&M also went 3-1, including an SEC series win over Alabama, and moved up one spot to No. 2. The Aggies are second in four polls and fifth in the other poll.

Miami was 1-3, with an ACC series loss at home to Virginia, and dropped from first to third. The Hurricanes are third in two polls and fourth in the other three.

Mississippi State went 3-1, including an SEC series win at LSU, and moved up three places to fourth. The Bulldogs are third in two polls, fourth in two polls and eighth in the other.

Florida State had a 5-0 week and rose four spots to fifth. The Seminoles are third in one poll, fifth in three polls and sixth in the other poll.

New entries in this week’s poll include Virginia, Oklahoma State, Coastal Carolina, UL Lafayette and Southern Miss. Teams that fell out of the poll are North Carolina, California, Rice, Kentucky and Florida Atlantic.

This week’s poll includes seven teams from the SEC, five from the ACC, three from the Big 12 and single entries from the Big South, Big West, Conference USA,  Pac-12 and Sun Belt.
