Florida advances to College World Series
JJ Schwarz smacked a grand slam and drove in five as Florida blanked FSU to advance to the College World Series. The slam by Schwarz (2 for 3) in the fifth pushed the lead to 6-0 for the Gators. Dalton Guthrie went 3 for 5 with two runs, while Peter Alonso (2 for 4, 2 R) also went deep for Florida. Dane Dunning allowed four hits in 4.1 innings of relief with five strikeouts for the Gators. Cal Raleigh went 1 for 3 with a walk for FSU.
