Corvallis Regional – won by #3 Michigan

#3 Michigan 17, #2 Creighton 6 (CU eliminated)

Jesse Franklin went 4 for 6 with four runs and three RBI as UM defeated CU to take the regional title. Franklin had a two-run double to spark a five-run fourth as the Wolverines (44-19) went ahead to stay at 6-4. He added an RBI triple in a six-run seventh. Nelson Blake knocked in three and scored twice, while Jordan Brewer went 3 for 5 with three runs and two RBI for the victors. Jack Strunc (3 for 4, 3 RBI) homered twice for the Bluejays (41-13).

Greenville Regional – won by #1 East Carolina

#1 East Carolina 12, #3 Campbell 5 (CU eliminated)

In Game 1, ECU scored in each of the first five innings, including four in the fifth, as ECU downed Campbell to force a winner-take-all game for the regional title. Bryant Packard (3 for 4, 3 R, 3 RBI) had an RBI double in the second and a two-run single in the fifth, while Alec Burleson (2 for 4, 3 RBI) had a two-run double in the fifth to give the Pirates (46-16) a 9-2 advantage. Luis Gimenez had four hits and scored once, while Spencer Packard went 3 for 5 with two doubles and two RBI for the Camels (37-20).

In the second game, Spencer Brickhouse had three extra-base hits and four RBI as ECU topped CU to claim the regional crown. Brickhouse had an RBI double in a two-run first, a solo homer in the third, and a two-run double in a five-run eighth. Turner Brown went 3 for 5 with a double, two runs and two RBI for the Pirates (47-16). Spencer Packard was 3 for 4 with two doubles and three RBI for the Camels (37-21).

Los Angeles Regional – won by #1 UCLA

#1 UCLA 6, #3 LMU 3 (LMU eliminated)

Joe Strumpf had a three-run homer in the fourth to extend a 3-2 lead as UCLA outlasted LMU to take the regional crown. Strumpf had two hits and scored twice, while Ryan Kreidler went 3 for 3 with a double and three runs for the Bruins (51-9). Brandon Shearer went 2 for 2 with a walk, a double, one run and one RBI for the Lions (34-25).

Louisville Regional – won by #1 Louisville

#1 Louisville 4, #3 Illinois State 3 (ISU eliminated)

Alex Binelas delivered a run-scoring single in the bottom of the ninth as UL edged ISU to win the Louisville Regional. Jake Snider (3 for 4, 2 RBI) had an RBI single in the first and a run-scoring double in the eighth that gave the Cardinals (47-16) a 3-1 lead. Jordan Libman scored on an error and Joe Butler (2 for 4, 2 RBI) added an RBI single in the top of the ninth as the Redbirds (36-26) tied the game at 3-3.

Oklahoma City Regional – won by #1 Oklahoma State

#1 Oklahoma State 3, #2 UConn 1 (UConn eliminated)

Joe Lienhard and Peyton Battenfield combined to hold UConn to one run as OSU advanced to the Super Regionals. Lienhard (4-1) allowed five hits and a run in 6.0 innings with one walk and four strikeouts. Battenfield hurled three hitless frames with one walk and five punchouts to record his fifth save. Anthony Prato had an RBI single in the top of the fifth for the Huskies (39-25) to snap the scoreless tie. A homer by Alix Garcia (2 for 3) in the bottom of the frame knotted the score at 1-1. A two-run double by Carson McCusker (2 for 3) an inning later gave the lead to the Cowboys (39-19).

Stanford Regional – won by #1 Stanford

#1 Stanford 9, #3 Fresno State 7 (FSU eliminated)

Maverick Handley had a two-run homer in the fifth to tie the game at 5-5 and spark a six-run outburst as Stanford edged FSU to win the regional crown. Christian Robinson had a two-run single in the first and capped the six-run fifth with a two-run double for the Cardinal (45-12). Carter Bins (2 for 5, 3 RBI) and Nate Thimjon (1 for 4, 2 RBI) both homered for the Bulldogs (40-16-1).
