No. 4 Texas Tech 1-4, West Virginia 0-3

In Morgantown, W.Va., Cody Farhat had an RBI single in the top of the ninth in the nightcap to snap a 3-3 tie as TTU swept a Big 12 doubleheader at WVU. Farhat went 3 for 4, while Orlando Garcia had two hits and two runs in Game 2 for the Red Raiders (13-7, 39-12). Jose Quezada (5-4, 2.2 IP, H, 5 K) earned the win, while Parker Mushinski recorded the final out for his fourth save. Kyle Davis went 2 for 3 with a double, a homer and two RBI for the Mountaineers (10-10, 26-19). In the opener, Erikson Lanning (3-1) tossed six scoreless innings with two hits, two walks and one strikeout to earn the victory, while Jacob Patterson hurled three hitless innings with one walk and four punchouts to register his first save. Grant Little had an RBI double in the fifth for the game’s lone run. Davis walked twice for WVU.

Alabama 4-7, No. 6 Auburn 3-6

In Auburn, Ala., Kyle Kaufman had a two-run single in the eighth in Game 2 as Alabama swept an SEC doubleheader at Auburn. Zac Rogers (2-1, 1.0 IP, 2 H, 2 BB) picked up the win, while Davis Vainer (2.0 IP, 3 H, R, 2 BB, 4 K) recorded his fifth save for the Crimson Tide (4-19, 17-29). Jeremy Johnson had two hits and three RBI for the Tigers (14-9, 32-16). Vainer fanned the final hitter for a save in Game 1. Chandler Taylor went 3 for 4 with a homer, two runs and two RBI for Alabama. Josh Anthony went 1 for 4 with a double, one run and one RBI for Auburn.

No. 1 Oregon State 11, California 10

In Corvallis, Ore., Steven Kwan belted a grand slam as OSU clinched a Pac-12 series win over Cal. Nick Madrigal went 4 for 5 with a double, three runs and two RBI for the Beavers (20-3, 37-4). Denis Karas (3 for 5) homered twice and knocked in six for the Golden Bears (12-11, 21-23).

No. 2 Louisville 5, Notre Dame 1

In Notre Dame, Ind., Devin Hairston had an RBI double to snap a 1-1 tie to spark a three-run fifth as UL secured an ACC series win at ND. Hairston had two hits and two runs for the Cardinals (19-4, 41-6). Kade McClure (6-1, 7.0 IP, 4 H, R, 2 BB, 7 K) earned the victory. Matt Vierling went 3 for 4, while Daniel Jung had an RBI double for the Irish (10-16, 23-25).

No. 5 Kentucky 7, Georgia 4

In Lexington, Ky., Troy Squires had two doubles and four RBI, while Zach Logue struck out 11 in 6.2 innings as UK evened its SEC series with UGA. Logue (6-4) allowed five hits, three walks and four runs. Zack Thompson tossed 2.1 hitless innings with five strikeouts to notch his first save for the Wildcats (15-8, 32-15). Tucker Maxwell had a three-run homer in the seventh for the Bulldogs (6-17, 18-29).

No. 7 TCU 8, Texas 2

In Fort Worth, Texas, Brian Howard hurled eight scoreless innings as TCU clinched a Big 12 series win against UT. Howard (7-3) allowed one hit with four walks and four strikeouts. Ryan Merrill (2 for 4) had a two-run double to highlight a seven-run third for the Horned Frogs (14-6, 34-11). Kacey Clemens went 2 for 3 with one run and one RBI for the Longhorns (9-10, 31-18).

No. 8 Clemson 5, Nevada 2

In Clemson, S.C., Chris Williams homered and drove in two as Clemson topped Nevada to kick off their series. Williams went 3 for 3 with a double and two runs for the Tigers (35-11). Charlie Barnes (5-3, 6.1 IP, 5 H, 2 R, 1 ER, BB, 7 K) earned the win, while Jeremy Beasley allowed one hit in the ninth with two strikeouts to record his first save. Justin Bridgman (3 for 4, 2B, 2 RBI) homered for the Wolf Pack (14-30).

No. 9 Florida 7, Ole Miss 4

In Gainesville, Fla., JJ Schwarz had an RBI single in the eighth to snap a 4-4 tie as UF rallied from a 4-0 deficit to top Ole Miss in SEC action. Schwarz (3 for 4, 2 R) had a two-run double in the fifth, while Nelson Maldonado added a two-run single in the eighth for the Gators (15-8, 34-13). Tin Rowe had a two-run double for the Rebels (11-12, 29-19).

No. 10 Mississippi State 4, Texas A&M 3

In College Station, Texas, Josh Lovelady had an RBI single and scored in a three-run seventh as MSU won its SEC series at TAMU. Lovelady went 3 for 4 and scored twice for the Bulldogs (16-8, 32-17). Joel Davis and Blake Kopetsky both homered for the Aggies (14-10, 34-15).

Cal Poly 6, No. 11 Long Beach State 3

In Long Beach, Calif., Michael Sanderson had a two-run double to snap a 2-2 tie in the seventh as Cal Poly evened its series at LBSU. Sanderson went 2 for 5 with a homer, two runs and three RBI for the Mustangs (9-5, 21-24). Spencer Howard (5-1, 7.0 IP, 6 H, 2 R, 2 BB, 4 K) earned the win, while Michael Clark (2.0 IP, H, R, BB) recorded his ninth save. David Banuelos (2 for 4, 2 RBI) went deep for the Dirtbags (14-3, 29-15-1).
