In Durham, N.C., Patrick Bailey had two hits and three RBI as NCSU took the ACC series opener at Duke. The Wolfpack (14-5, 30-7) snapped a 1-1 tie with three in the third and added four more in the fourth. Evan Edwards went 2 for 4 with two runs and two RBI for NCSU. Zack Kone had two hits for the Blue Devils (12-6, 30-9).

No. 1 Florida 9, No. 12 Kentucky 4

In Lexington, Ky., Jackson Kowar worked seven scoreless innings and Wil Dalton drove in six as UF clinched an SEC series win at UK. Kowar (7-1) scattered five hits, walked four and fanned five in recording the victory. Dalton had a three-run triple in the third and a three-run homer in the eighth for the Gators (14-3, 34-7). Nelson Maldonado (2 for 3, 2 BB) and Jonathan India (2 for 4, HR, 2 RBI) both scored three for UF. Kole Cottam (2 for 4, 2 RBI) went deep for the Wildcats (7-10, 25-14).

No. 5 Texas Tech 5, No. 20 Oklahoma 4 (10)

In Lubbock, Texas, TTU scored one in the ninth to tie it and two in the 10th to pull out a Big 12 series-opening win over OU. Grant Little (1 for 5, R, RBI) drove in the tying run in the 10th on a groundout and Josh Jung scored the winning run on a balk. Brian Klein went 2 for 5 with a run for the Red Raiders (9-4, 31-8). Brady Lindsly homered for the Sooners (9-4, 26-14).

No. 2 Stanford 8, Arizona 2

In Tucson, Ariz., Stanford erased a 2-0 deficit with five in the seventh to win its Pac-12 series opener at Arizona. Andrew Daschbach (2 for 5, 2 RBI), Kyle Stowers (2 for 5, 2 RBI) and Alec Wilson also homered late for the Cardinal (10-3, 28-5). Alfonso Rivas and Donta Williams both had two hits and one RBI for the Wildcats (6-7, 23-13).

Mississippi State 6, No. 4 Arkansas 5

In Starkville, Miss., MSU erased a 5-0 deficit with three in the sixth and three in the eighth to knock off Arkansas to begin their SEC series. Jordan Westburg had a game-tying two-run single in the eighth and Elijah MacNamee drove in the game-winner with a base hit. Luke Alexander had a three-run homer in the sixth for the Bulldogs (6-10, 20-19). JP France (2-1) hurled four perfect innings of relief with nine strikeouts to record the victory. Eric Cole had a grand slam in the second for the Razorbacks (10-6, 28-11).

No. 6 Oregon State 2, Oregon 1

In Corvallis, Ore., Bryce Fehmel hurled 7.1 scoreless frames as OSU clinched a Pac-12 series win over Oregon. Fehmel (5-1) allowed three hits and a walk with four strikeouts. Jake Mulholland fanned two in a hitless ninth for his 11th save. Tyler Malone homered for the Beavers (9-5, 28-6). Spencer Steer had two hits for the Ducks (6-11, 19-17).

Georgia 3, No. 8 Ole Miss 2

In Oxford, Miss., Tucker Bradley broke a 2-2 tie with an RBI single in the top of the ninth as Georgia pulled out the SEC series-opening win at Ole Miss. Aaron Schunk went 1 for 3 with two RBI for the Bulldogs (10-6, 27-11) and also threw a perfect ninth with one strikeout to record his sixth save. Grae Kessinger homered for the Rebels (8-8, 30-9).

Missouri 3, No. 9 Vanderbilt 1

In Columbia, Mo., Mark Vierling snapped a 1-1 tie with a pinch-hit two-run single in the bottom of the eighth as Mizzou clinched an SEC series win over VU. Bryce Montes De Oca (5-2, 2 IP, 2 H, BB, 4 K) earned the victory in relief of Tyler LaPlante (6 IP, 3 H, R, 2 BB, 5 K). Nile Ball worked around a hit and a walk in a scoreless ninth to register his fifth save for the Tigers (9-8, 27-12). Austin Martin went 3 for 5 with one RBI for the Commodores (8-9, 23-16).

No. 10 Indiana 4, Ohio State 0

In Columbus, Ohio, Jonathan Stiever tossed seven scoreless innings as IU won at OSU to kick off their Big Ten series. Stiever (5-1) gave up five hits and four walks with six strikeouts. Matt Gorski went 2 for 4 with two runs and one RBI for the Hoosiers (7-2, 29-6). Noah McGowan had two hits for the Buckeyes (6-4, 25-11).

No. 11 UCLA 16, USC 1

In Los Angeles, Chase Strumpf had a two-run double to spark a five-run first as UCLA rolled past USC to start their Pac-12 series. Kevin Kendall went 3 for 5 with a homer, three runs and four RBI, while Michael Toglia was 2 for 5 with a dinger, two runs and three RBI for the Bruins (12-4, 23-10). Jake Bird (5-2) allowed eight hits and a run in seven innings with one walk and one strikeout in recording the victory. Blake Sabol and Stephen Dubb both had two hits for the Trojans (6-10, 18-16).

In Memphis, Tenn., Jake Washer had a run-scoring single in the fifth to snap a 1-1 tie as ECU won its American series opener at Memphis. Chris Holba (9-0, 7.1 IP, 7 H, R, BB, 4 K) recorded the win for the Pirates (6-4, 28-9). Colton Neel had two hits and a run for the Tigers (1-9, 13-26).

No. 14 Southern Miss 9, Middle Tennessee 1

In Hattiesburg, Miss., Stevie Powers struck out 12 in 8.0 innings as Southern Miss took the Conference USA series opener over MTSU. Powers (4-1) allowed five hits, one walk and one run. Daniel Keating had three hits and three RBI for the Golden Eagles (11-4, 26-11). Austin Dennis had two hits for the Blue Raiders (20-18-1, 6-9-1).

In Winston-Salem, N.C., Logan Davidson homered in the top of the eighth to snap a 5-5 tie and propel Clemson to an ACC series-opening victory at WFU. Seth Beer had two hits and two RBI for the Tigers (12-7, 27-11). Chris Lanzilli had a two-run homer in the second for the Demon Deacons (10-9, 18-21).

In Chapel Hill, N.C., Kyle Datres homered and knocked three as UNC took the ACC series lid-lifter over Georgia Tech. Cody Roberts (1 for 4, 2 RBI) and Ike Freeman also went deep for the Tar Heels (13-6, 25-13). Joey Bart had a double and a homer for the Yellow Jackets (9-10, 22-17).

Tennessee 7, No 17 Texas A&M 4

In Knoxville, Tenn., Andre Lipcius and Brodie Leftridge both homered as UT downed TAMU in the SEC series opener. Chase Wallace (1-1, 4 IP, 2 H, R, BB, 4 K) earned the win in relief for the Volunteers (6-10, 23-17). Michael Helman (3 for 3), Logan Foster (2 for 4, 2 R) and Braden Shewmake (2 for 4) all went deep for the Aggies (8-8, 28-10).

In Brighton, Mass., FSU put up three runs in the top of the 11th and held on to nip BC in the ACC series opener. Jackson Leuck had two hits, including a homer and four RBI for the Seminoles (9-9, 27-12). Jack Cunningham had three hits and four RBI for the Eages (5-14, 13-24).

South Carolina 11, No. 19 LSU 0

In Columbia, S.C., TJ Hopkins had a double, a triple and four RBI as USC blanked LSU to begin their SEC series. Carlos Cortes went 3 for 4 with a double, a homer, three runs and two RBI for the Gamecocks (7-9, 21-17). Logan Chapman (3-0, 6.2 IP, 2 H, 2 BB, 6 K) earned the victory. Austin Bain and Hal Hughes had the two hits for the Tigers (9-7, 24-15).

Cal Poly 5, Long Beach State 4

In San Luis Obispo, Calif., Cal Poly broke a 3-3 deadlock with two in the sixth on its way to a Big West series-opening win over LBSU, giving head coach Larry Lee his 500th career victory. Bradlee Beesley went 3 for 4 with a double and a run, while Scott Ogrin tripled twice, scored once and drove in a run for the Mustangs (4-6, 17-19). Trent Shelton (3-2, 7.2 IP, 10 H, 4 R, 2 ER, 3 K) picked up the win, while Matt Arens fanned the final two batters of the game to register his first save. Clayton Andrews was 3 for 4 with a triple, a run and two RBI for the Dirtbags (3-4, 16-22).
